Yesterday, I played soccer with HKCC friends. Nothing special in the first hour, but not feeling well in the last hour.

Right hamstring was found painful when it touched the ball. Even I cannot pass the ball easily

Damn, I am realy upset. Injury seems a part of my body. In this five year, I have never been physical 100% fit in condition.
